and also to tell you those prices are payed each year accept for the trail(demo edtion) beecuase that runs only for 10 days only!

Do you have to pay 20p a task on the demo edition?

No you dont, wich is lucky, its free but the maximum tasks are 100!

how many hours support?

10 hours support per 24 hours (day)
